Who we are

HAZON provides event operations software (ticketing, check-in, attendee messaging, and related organizer tools). Contact details for privacy requests will be published here after legal review.

Information we process

Depending on how you use HAZON, we may process account credentials, organization membership data, event and ticket details, attendee contact fields you or organizers submit, payment metadata from Stripe (HAZON does not store full card numbers), device and scanner pairing identifiers, support communications, and operational logs needed to secure and run the service.

Cookies and similar technologies

HAZON uses essential cookies and storage for authentication, session continuity, MFA / recovery flows, organization context, and ticket-recovery verification. These are required for the product to function.

When enabled on the deployment, HAZON may also load Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. Those tools collect aggregated performance and usage telemetry through Vercel's scripts; they are not a marketing cookie wall and HAZON does not invent additional third-party ad trackers on this draft page. If Analytics is disabled for an environment, those scripts are not present.

How we use information

We use personal data to operate ticketing and check-in, send transactional email (for example ticket delivery and recovery codes via Resend when configured), prevent fraud and abuse, provide organizer reporting, meet retention / deletion settings configured by organizations, and improve reliability of the platform.

Sharing

Processors may include hosting (for example Vercel), database / auth (Supabase), email (Resend), payments (Stripe), and optional Redis rate-limiting infrastructure. Organizers control attendee data they collect for their events. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and rights

Organizations may configure retention settings where available. Automated scrub jobs exist for scheduled cleanup when enabled by operations. Access, correction, and deletion requests should be routed through the organizing customer and/or HAZON support once production contact channels are published. This draft does not claim GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2, ISO, or other certifications.

Children

HAZON is not directed at children under 16. Organizers are responsible for lawful collection when their events involve minors.

Changes

This draft will be replaced by a counsel-approved policy before public launch. Material changes will be dated on this page.
