Terms of Service

1. Service
HAZON provides software for event organizers to publish events, sell or issue tickets, check in attendees, and operate related workflows. Features marked Labs, Demo, or internal prototype are unfinished and may change or disappear without notice.
2. Accounts and organizations
Access may be invite-only. Organization owners and admins are responsible for member permissions, MFA settings, scanner devices, and lawful use of attendee data they collect.
3. Tickets, payments, and refunds
Paid checkout is processed by Stripe (including Connect where enabled). Organizers set pricing, refund policies, and event cancellations subject to platform and payment-network rules. HAZON may suspend paid sales when payment reconciliation, fraud, or Connect requirements fail.
4. Acceptable use
You may not abuse rate limits, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with scanning integrity, scrape personal data, or use the service for unlawful events. Offline emergency admit modes do not remove organizer responsibility for accurate entry control.
5. Privacy
Personal data handling is described in the draft Privacy Policy. Analytics may include Vercel Analytics / Speed Insights when enabled on the deployment.
6. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as available" basis during pilot periods. HAZON does not warrant uninterrupted gate operations, and does not claim SOC 2, ISO, PCI (beyond Stripe's role), or other certifications in this draft.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HAZON's liability for pilot use will be limited as set out in a counsel-approved agreement. Do not rely on this draft for indemnity or liability caps.
8. Changes
These draft terms will be replaced before public launch. Continued use after a dated update constitutes acceptance only once a final version is published and contractually adopted.
